Why do I need to get fingerprinted?

Fingerprints are needed for the background check process required for licensure. The following courses require fingerprinting:

• 63 Hour Sales Associate FREC I 
• 72 Hours Brokers FREC II
• Mutual Recognition Law Course.

You cannot use existing fingerprints even if on file with the state of FL - fresh prints must be submitted.
