• Brokers Pre-licensing FREC II End-Of-Course Exam is 3 hours long. Passing score of 70%+ (100 questions).

State Licensing Exam

• Sales Associate FREC I Florida State Licensing Exam is 3.5 hours long. Passing score of 75%+ (100 questions). 
• Brokers FREC II Florida State Licensing exam is 3.5 hours long. Passing score of 75%+ (100 questions).
