End-Of-Course Exams do not need to be scheduled. Once the Course is completed, the Exam will become available directly within the student's Course Dashboard. Once a student clicks to begin an Exam, they cannot change their mind or stop and finish later. The Exam must be completed in one sitting (this does not apply to the 14-hour CE Course). Students must ensure they have adequate time, a good internet connection, and are fully prepared before clicking to begin an End-of-Course Exam.

Once your Application is approved, you would receive an 9 digit Candidate ID (also referred to as the FLREAPP ID) via email. If you have not received this email, you need to contact DBPR directly at 850-487-1395 and speak with a Representative that can provide an update as to the status of your Application, and, if it was approved, they can provide your FLREAPP ID.
Once you have received your FLREAPP ID, you can schedule your Florida Real Estate State Exam by calling Pearson Vue at (888) 204-6289 to speak with a Pearson Vue Representative that will make an appointment for you at your closest Testing Center.
If you have not yet submitted an Application to the DBPR, you must do this prior to scheduling the State Exam.
