Verify your course has not expired by checking your Order Email for the date of purchase. Expiration dates are calculated from the order date. See the expiration by course below:
- FREC II (72-hour Pre-License Course) - 6 months
- Broker Post-License Course (30-hour Courses or 60-hour Combo) - 6 months
If upon login you receive the message "You are not currently enrolled in any course", your course has expired.
Please contact us at (305) 653-8002 and choose Option 3 to purchase an extension.
If your course has not expired:
1. Click on Forgot your password?
2. Enter your email and click RESET MY PASSWORD.
You will receive and email with Password Reset Instructions.
3. Click the link provided in the email.
The system will ask you to confirm your email and send you a second email (seen below) with the code needed to log in.
1. Retrieve the code from the ‘Your RECampusVerification Code’ email.
2. Enter the code on the Password Reset screen and follow the instructions to create a new password.
3. Click on CREATE PASSWORD.
